June round up from Keith

The last few months has been a busy time for Keith-- marked especially by college graduation, career searching, and plenty of getting dirty on bikes. Keith has been competing in the local CU Short Track series, raced the Go Pro Games XC, and most recently traveled to Missoula, Montana for the famous northern ProXCT.

"My health has been marred the last two weeks by persistent illness. Unfortunately I caught something on our first day in Missoula and have struggled to kick it since. I raced the Super Loop XC at Winter Park this past weekend as a test of my health, just to find that I was still much more sick than my coach and I had thought."
Coming up for Keith is the Firecracker 50, Silver Rush 50 (Leadville qualifier), and most importantly U23 National Championships (in Bear Creek, Pennsylvania) on July 18th.

"I'm very much looking forward to big events like U23 nationals, but I'm also very ready to start racing some more marathon and ultra-endurance events that are staged later on my calendar. It is these suffery races where I tend to have my best results."
